When reporting a subtitle problem, note the title, episode, language and approximate timestamp. This provides more useful context than simply saying that subtitles do not work.

Downloads and travel preparation

If the app offers a download option for your chosen title and plan, check the storage requirement and any viewing-expiry information shown. Not every programme should be assumed downloadable. Test the downloaded item before leaving a reliable connection.
